Privacy Policy

1.  No Data Collection.

We, Fun Harmony LLC, do not use Touch Concert to collect any user data, including identifiable personal information of any user defined as Name, Age, Gender, Email Account, Telephone Number, Locations, and Address. 

2.  In App Purchases.

Touch Concert is free for download and uses Unity In-App Purchasing service function (Unity IAP) provided by Unity Technologies (Unity) for users to purchase the premium contents.  All purchase transactions are handled through the App Store and Unity IAP. Unity collects certain anonymous user data through its Unity Analytics service in order to enable the purchasing function in the app. We, Fun Harmony LLC, do not collect any personal information on paying customers.

Please refer to the App page on the App Store for detailed explanation on what type of data Unity Technologies collects through Unity Analytics service.

4.  Website Cookies.

We could use anonymous cookies for web browser applications to  track user visits to our website.

5. Social Networking

We may use contact information a user provided us voluntarily to communicate with the user for promotional purposes.

6.  Customer Data Confidentiality.

We do not share with other companies personally identifiable information of our customers, as defined in the section 1.

7. Future Updates.

Whenever situation arises in the future that any update to Touch Concert would result any material change to the Privacy Policy for users of the app, the policy will be updated and posted for user consent.

8.  The Policy Date.

The current Privacy Policy is in effect starting on December 1, 2021.
